Returns Policy

If you receive the wrong item or the dimensions are not correct:  Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please get in contact with us via contact@lizardheaven.shop, so we can fix our mistake at no expense to yourself.

If you have ordered the wrong item:  No problem, we have a 30 day returns policy on all our products (excluding custom made items, please see below for details) Item must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery and in an unused condition. Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund back to the original payment method. Sorry, we cannot cover the original shipping costs or the returns shipping costs, so please order carefully and provide all information required where asked. Don't hesitate to contact us via contact@lizardheaven.shop if there is anything your not sure about.

Custom size backgrounds:  As all these items are made to order and specifically for each individual customer, we do not accept returns or refunds on our custom size backgrounds. Because of this, it is very important that all dimensions and required fields are filled in accurately upon placing the order.
